Alternitive Energy / Wind Power, Who is blowing us off

I.F.F.O.C. has discovered that Alternitive Energy / Wind Power is creating more problems for the Energy companies than expected. I.F.F.O.C. had an opportunity to meet Beverley & Gregory Swecker out of Dana, Iowa and had discovered with these corrupt energy companies, that nothing is as it seems.
I.F.F.O.C. has discovered fraud, extortion, and possibly racketeering within the alternitive air energy (Windmills). I.F.F.O.C. had also discovered that Midland Power Cooperative has been behind all the confusion with the art of illusion and falsified documentation, using the recent reversed Iowa Supreme Court ruling to conceal their corruption, until Beverley & Gregory Swecker had recently contacted I.F.F.O.C. to investigate these matters.
I.F.F.O.C. had a chance to review all the legal documentation and has found this to be unbelievable to the normal person.
The way it was supposed to work was that the farmer puts up the windmill or windmills and the farmer was supposed to have free electric energy, and sell the surpluss to the power company.
The way it is currently working is that the power goes to the power company and they sell ythe farmer back the energy. What the hell is wrong with this picture when the farmer had paid for the windmill or windmills? Who is actually getting blown off by Midland Power Cooperative, as well as, the Courts covering up their coruption?
